Data we collect
Adjustmentstack is a client-side calculator designed to collect as little data as possible:
- Loan characteristics you enter. FICO band, LTV, purpose, occupancy, property type, loan amount band and lock period are used to compute the adjustment ledger. No identifying information (name, address, contact details) is collected or stored.
- Server request logs. Our hosting platform may record basic request metadata (timestamp, IP address, User-Agent) for operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not associated with any account or user profile.
Cookies and tracking
Adjustmentstack does not set any cookies, tracking pixels, or local storage markers. No third-party analytics or advertising services are used. There is no session tracking and no user fingerprinting.
Account and sign-in
This product has no accounts, no login system and no user registration. All calculations are performed without authentication, and no data is associated with a user profile.
Data storage and retention (planned)
The calculator API (planned) will not store the loan characteristics you submit. Each request will be processed independently and the result returned to your browser. No scenario history will be retained. Your browser will display the result but will not save it on any server.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with any third party. No personal data leaves your browser other than what is necessary to perform the calculation.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the calculator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Contact
A contact address has not been established. Until a legal entity is registered and a contact method is available, privacy-related inquiries cannot be received. This will be updated when a means of contact is in place.
